returns and exchanges
we want every elducia purchase to feel right. if it doesn't, we'll keep the process simple and stress-free.
return window
you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
eligibility
to be eligible for a return, items need to be:
- unused and unopened
- in their original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
how to request a return
email us at support@elducia.com with your order number and the reason for your return. we'll walk you through the next steps.
refunds
once your return is received and approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
damaged or incorrect orders
if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
shipping costs
shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
